Using Zapier, set up a workflow where the form submission triggers an OpenAI GPT prompt. For example, you can send the client’s answers to ChatGPT with a prompt like: “Summarize the key objectives and challenges from this client intake: [form responses].” The AI’s response can be saved as a Client Brief in your system.
